1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with your invoice and a tracking link once the parcel leaves our studio.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, use the tracking link in your confirmation email or log into My Account → Orders on reetaramamurthygupta.in. Tracking data may take up to 12 hours to refresh after pickup.

4. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Couriers attempt delivery twice; if unreachable, the parcel returns to us.
  • Re‑shipping is chargeable at the original rate.
  • Contact support@reetaramamurthygupta.in within 48 hours to correct address errors.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to meet stated timelines, but events beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs inspections) may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed via email/SMS alerts.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. For lost parcels, email support with your order number; we’ll liaise with the carrier and arrange a free replacement or refund once investigation closes.

7. Partial Shipments

Multi‑item orders may ship in separate boxes to speed delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.
