1. Eligibility Window

  • Domestic orders (India): Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • International orders: Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage; request must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Items received after the window or without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be sent back to the customer.

2. Returnable Items

We gladly accept returns for:

  1. Manufacturing defects (stitching errors, broken hardware, misprints).
  2. Transit damage documented at delivery (please share photos of the outer carton + product).
  3. Wrong item/size shipped compared to order invoice.

Personalized, custom‑made, gift‑wrapped, or clearance (“Final Sale”) items are non‑returnable unless defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Emailsupport@reetaramamurthygupta.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason & photo/video evidence
  2. Our team will reply within 24 business hours with an RA number and pickup instructions.
  3. Pack securely in original packaging with tags, inserts, and invoice.
  4. Hand over to the assigned courier or ship to the address provided (pre‑paid label for Indian orders; self‑ship for international customers).

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected within 48 hours of arrival at our studio.
  • Approval email is sent once the item passes quality check. Defaced or used products are ineligible and will be returned to sender.

5. Refunds

6. Replacements & Exchanges

If stock is available, you may request a like‑for‑like replacement instead of a refund. Exchange shipping within India is free on defective items; size or style swaps (non‑defective) incur a ₹79 re‑shipping fee.

7. Return Shipping Costs (India)

  • Defect / wrong item: We cover pickup & return freight.
  • Size or style change: Customer pays return freight or may use our label at a subsidized ₹79.

International customers bear return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked “Dispatched.” Login → My OrdersCancel. Pre‑paid cancellations are refunded in full within 3–5 business days. COD cancellations incur no fee.
